All aspects of the production process, except for metal sticks, are undertaken in house to ensure quality is maintained throughout. Our Quality Control personnel work with the utmost care to prevent defects from reaching the market place. Each batch is thoroughly checked at the production, assembly and packaging stage to ensure quality is maintained.

Our efforts for continuous improvement – or kaizen as the Japanese have termed it, have enabled us to successfully implement 5S systems in our factory and are working resiliently towards achieving a Total Quality Maintenance framework that would allow us to prevent defects even before it occurs.

Further all plastic waste is never disposed in a manner that could harm the environment, all defects and plastic waste are recycled in-house enabling us to achieve an environmentally friendly status.
